tesco grocery

Every Saturday morning the same thing. I log in and do the grocery shopping online at Tesco. Works like a dream every time. Except today.
No recent orders feature. Gone. Now I have to rekey all the basics all over again.
Why do that? Why remove something so useful?
and why remove the ability to mail in feedback: I can 'phone or write a letter but I can't mail.

yesterday I visited the exhibition of Bill Owens photography at the Arnolfini Bristol. Excellent exhibition, wonderful eloquent work.
